About the Author:
Phil Hodges is cofounder and vice chairman of the Center for FaithWalk Leadership. The mission of the Center is to challenge and equip people to Lead Like Jesus. After thirty-five years as a human resources and industrial relations professional with Xerox Corporation and US Steel, Phil joined the Ken Blanchard Companies in1998 as a management consultant and trainer in leadership and customer service programs. Phil and his wife, Jane, live in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
