Armand Canoy

About the Author:

Rev. Dr. Armand M. Canoy (MDiv, PBTS 1989; ThD, ABGTS 2009) is the third Filipino and the ninth President of the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary, Baguio City on his appointment in 2012. He served as  church planter/rural church pastor (San Marcelino, Zambales), city church pastor  (Makati City), and big city church pastor for 13 years (Manila), leading to establish three student centers and three churches. As former Church Strengthening Ministry Training coordinator, he engaged in training church pastor/leaders and Vacation Bible School and Sunday school teachers. He served as Executive Director of the Luzon Convention of Southern Baptist Churches.

He is married to Vo Cristobal-Canoy and they have one daughter, Joanne Ysabel. They live in Baguio City.
