Frank P. Santos

About the Author:

Frank P. Santos encountered Jesus Christ in June 25, 1976 and crowned Him Lord and Savior of his life. He grew in faith through the ministry of the Campus Crusade for Christ and received his calling to the gospel ministry on January 7, 1978. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the National University in 1980. In 1983, he received his Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Theology (2000) both from the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary, Baguio City. He studied the Hebrew Bible and its culture in 2019 in Israel.

He served as a Youth Pastor in TFBC in 1983 and founded the Campus Movers for Christ in Tarlac State University. In October 1985, he became the senior pastor of TFBC until now (2023), serving for forty years. He was ordained Bishop in August 2009, overseeing TFBC's network of churches numbering around 100 nationwide.

Aside from being a believer and practitioner of a cell group discipleship system, Frank received ministry training and exposures from Campus Crusade for Christ, Haggai Institute for Advance Leadership Training (Singapore), MasterLife, Walk Thru the Bible, Thompson Bible Institute, International Conference for Itinerant Evangelists (Amsterdam '86), Evangelism Explosion, Church Growth Seminars, Vision G12, and others.

He currently serves as Chair of the Stewardship Committee of the Luzon Convention of Southern Baptist Churches, and Adviser of the Tarlac United Pastors Association (TUPA) and the Tarlac City Pastors' Fellowship, (originally Pastors' Association of Tarlac). He founded PAT (1989) and was it's first president.

He is married to Edith CaƱaveral in 1985 and they are blessed with two children, Joshua Paul (a pastor) and Dollie Grace Abigail (a medical doctor) and three grandchildren, Kyng Enryk Franciz (8), Melek Yosef Franco (2) and Franco Mateo (two months old).
