1. the work of the Holy Spirit
2. the witnessing of the Gospel and the discipling of believers; and
3. the formation of the new churches with their own leaders.

Acts is the story of God's Mission. The first disciple were selected and trained by Christ. They were then empowered to witness about God's salvation - starting in Jerusalem and spreading to the world. Churches were formed and those churches went out and started more churches.

A study of First Steps will help you discover how the Church was started and grew in power.
